EEMV continues to monitor the current COVID situation in Franklin County and surrounding areas. We strive to follow current CDC guidelines for all program activities.
COVID-19 Policies In order to provide a safe environment for our clients and staff, we’ve implemented several procedures to prevent against COVID-19 spread.
All clients must have COVID 19 release signed by guardian
It will be recommended that staff and volunteers wear masks. If you’d like the people working with your client to wear masks, please let Dayna know and we will ensure that they do.
Our indoor lounge has a capacity of 10 individuals. If there are more than 10 people in the lounge, we ask that you wait outside until someone else leaves the lounge.
As many individuals on our property are considered high-risk, EE recommends that all individuals in the lounge wear masks.
Any clients with temperature over 99.5 or signs of illness (cough, runny nose, sneezing, headache, shortness of breath) SHOULD stay home. If these symptoms are observed on site, the individual will be asked to go home.
Clients and instructors wash hands immediately following dismount
All clients must wear their own helmets- see below for more information
Clients, volunteers and staff are asked to report any potential COVID-19 exposure or symptoms, as well as travel out of state or attendance at large events.
