Heroes on Horseback

Through this exciting program, we're offering therapeutic riding to disabled United States veterans. Our program uses a fun and natural setting to help disabled veterans return to a healthy civilian life.
According to a 2010 study by the US Dept. of Veteran Affairs, an average of 22 Veterans are committing suicide each day. Post-traumatic stress disorder, physical injuries, and the overall stress and trauma of military conflict and training are only some of the seemingly-insurmountable challenges our returning heroes face.
Our Heroes on Horseback program provides a low-stress, physical activity in horseback riding. The camaraderie built by the team of fellow veterans and guided by a PATH certified instructor allows for redevelopment of civilian life skills.
At this time, this program is being offered at no cost to the veteran. We are able to provide these services through funding through Wounded Warrior Project, the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship, Int'l. and supporters like you!
Please support our countries brave heroes!
