Job Summary:
Exceptional Equestrians of the Missouri Valley is seeking a PATH Int'l CTRI to teach therapeutic riding sessions to our amazing clients. EE participants are ages 2 and up and have a wide variety of diagnosis and goals. This instructor will teach Saturday morning and early afternoons. Additional days may be available up to 30 hours as is mutually agreeable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct Clients
- Up to 30 hours per week
- Complete documentation and client notes
- Design lesson plans for assigned clients
- Assist with scheduling clients
- Assist with volunteer training
- Manage volunteers within assigned classes
- Assist with fundraisers as needed
- Assist with schooling/training of horses as assigned
- Assist with equine care as assigned including, but not limited to:
- Feeding
- Veterinary tasks
- Barn maintenance

Job Title: Barn Aide
Exceptional Equestrians is currently accepting resumes for Barn Aides. This is a paid position that assists with feeding the horses and preparing them for lessons. Applicants must be at least 16, have reliable transportation and be able to handle the horses without supervision. Shifts available will include mornings and afternoons, evenings and weekends. Ability to work independently is crucial. Schedules are flexible with between 6 to 15 hours available weekly. Pay rate begins at minimum wage.
